Azure DevOps Developer L3

Linux Administrator / DevOps Engineer (Linux / Kubernetes / Azure / Airflow)Role Summary
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong hands on experience in Linux administration, containerization, and cloud platforms to support and enhance our production environments. The ideal candidate has practical experience building Docker images, deploying applications to Kubernetes, administering Azure resources and/or Airflow, and operating 24/7 production systems using modern CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.Key Responsibilities
• Manage and administer Linux servers, including system configuration, user management, security hardening, and performance monitoring.
• Build and maintain Docker images for application and infrastructure components, following best practices for security and performance.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot containerized applications on Kubernetes clusters.
• Administer and support cloud resources in Microsoft Azure (or Airflow environments, if applicable), including configuration, access, and cost aware usage.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions for build, test, and deployment automation.
• Provide application and platform support for production and non production environments on a 24/7 basis as part of a rotational on call schedule.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents, working closely with development and infrastructure teams to restore service and prevent recurrence.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures for deployments and incident response.Required Skills and Experience
• Strong hands on experience with Linux administration (e.g., system services, networking, storage, logs, security).
• Practical experience building Docker images and managing containerized workloads.
• Experience deploying and operating applications on Kubernetes (namespaces, deployments, services, ingress, configmaps/secrets, basic troubleshooting).
• Azure administration experience (resource groups, networking, compute, storage, identity) or strong Airflow experience (installation, configuration, DAG deployment and troubleshooting).
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.
• Experience in 24/7 application support environments, including participation in rotational shifts and on call schedules.
• Solid understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting concepts.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams. Rotational Shifts
