Job Description:
Axway Product Lead
- Proficient with MFT.
- Experience of performing Axway Secure Transport application upgrade, enhancements - when needed to address vulnerabilities or to implement a monitoring solution
- Programming languages: Proficiency in scripting languages shell scripting, Python, and potentially others depending on the tech stack
- CI/CD tools: Expertise in tools like Jenkins, GHA and experience in revamping Jenkins jobs & pipelines to GHA workflows.
- Cloud computing platforms: In-depth knowledge of AWS, Azure
- Must be able to review the technical project initiation (Discovery) scope (i.e requirements, stories, assumptions, key decisions & dependencies) and raise queries if any and then play back to the team
Must be able to actively participate in the technical elaboration sessions and be ready to commence actual development (with support of Integration Technical Lead, Integration Architect and Integration Practice Lead as required)
- Handle technical escalations through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries
- Manage and resolve technical roadblocks/ escalations as per SLA and quality requirements
- If unable to resolve the issues, timely escalate the issues to TA & SES
- Provide product support and resolution to clients by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions
- Troubleshoot all client queries in a user-friendly, courteous and professional manner
- Offer alternative solutions to clients (where appropriate) with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business
- Organize ideas and effectively communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers to record feedback and ensure compliance to contract SLA’s
