Job Description:

• Extensive experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel while maintaining transparency, accountability, and quality
• Experience in managing technically complex projects involving testing on Middleware, Microservices, Databases, APIs and complex infrastructures
• Hands-on experience in working with data migration, data centre migration and platform upgrade projects
• Experience in upskilling the team to learn new skills and delivery projects with excellent quality and produce consistent results
• Driving automation frameworks to improve regression efficiency, optimising coverage and reduce production defects (experienced in automation using tools like Salesforce knowledge, Selenium WebDriver, SQL Developer, UFT, SOAPUI/ Ready API etc.)
• Good experience in test/defect management tools like Jira, Confluence, ALM, Octane, Bugzilla, qTest etc.

Responsibilities

• End-end test management on projects under my test portfolio
• Onshore-offshore co-ordination being a communication channel between Customer/ 3rd Part Vendors and Wipro Testing Team(s)
• Defining and implementing test strategies, test approaches, test plans, and governance frameworks aligned with project and organizational standards
• Coordinating between cross-functional teams including QA/ Test engineers, automation engineers, business analysts, and developers
• Coordinating with offshore teams to ensure seamless communication, task allocation, and milestone adherence on projects and BAU workstreams
• Managing test environments, supporting defect triages, test completion report peer reviews and support finalising release sign-off artefacts
• Driving automation adoption and continuous improvement initiatives in projects and BAU workstreams
• Supporting the team to produce status reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly based on the demand)
• Providing program and executive summary reports and risk assessment summary to ensure stakeholder communication at levels are seamless
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory, security, and quality standards
• Resource management by regular review of demand and estimates to mitigate cost risk appropriately
• Support as interview panel to ensure suitable candidates can be recruited for the demand/ role
