📍 Oportunidade: Assistente Administrativo Bilíngue (T&E - Português e Espanhol)📍 Local: Curitiba - Modelo Híbrido📍 Horário: Das 10h as 19h com 1h de almoço

🧩 Responsabilidades• Realizar análise de relatórios de despesas;• Atender clientes via chamadas, chat e e-mail, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre processos e políticas;• Garantir o cumprimento de prazos e entregas diárias;• Trabalhar com alto volume de demandas, mantendo qualidade e atenção aos detalhes.

  • 🧩 Requisitos

    • Espanhol e Português fluentes (oral e escrito);

    • Experiência com atendimento ao cliente, help desk ou suporte técnico será um diferencial;

    • Facilidade com comunicação por telefone e disposição para aprender;

    • Perfil resiliente, organizado e com boa gestão de tempo;

    • Interesse em atuar com diferentes políticas e processos internos.
