Role Purpose
The purpose o central quality analyst role is to conduct quality audits and perform analytics in different areas as defined by central quality team, supporting the project teams in ensuring higher client satisfaction

crea ng capacity planners and for the same the candidate will need to:
pull reports, gather informa on and data to be fed into the capacity planners
Create the required capacity models and share with the Business Teams
Adend calls with Business Teams and provide a walk of the planners, address queries and modify the models as
required
Adend mee ngs and stand up calls
Should be working in UK shih hours and should be ok with a UK holiday calendar
