Role & Responsibilities

• Communication: Is strong communicator, who can build strong stakeholder relations. Is actively engaged in discussions, dares also to challenge FrieslandCampina.
• Leadership: Control the teams (team lead and backup) and drive the needed outcome with the leads.
• Service management:
  • Matures standard service management processes and practices across the team.
  • Able to think strategically for the services and share new insights proactively, solicited and unsolicited.
  • Ensures that global services provided meet the agreed-upon SLA's and KPIs.
  • Drives proactive operations and continuous improvement of service delivery. Acts as escalation point for major incidents.
• Should have the high-level knowledge of the entire DWP. Should have the right in-depth knowledge.
• Drives business outcomes instead of technical implementation.
• Works closely with DWP client team and is aware of the improvements needed from client PoV on team level as well as service level.

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Good analytic and decision-making skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• Must have conflict resolution abilities.
• Technical background with demonstrated skills in at least one or multiple IT technologies / disciplines
• IT hardware and Software setup, management and troubleshooting capabilities
• Configuration Management experience on document control, source code management, and Defect Management tools
• Should be able to create a CMDB repository
• Should have understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Experience of working in a multi-site environment
• Extensive experience with SCM tools and with build automation software

Mandatory Skills: ITIL Asset-Config Mgmt .
