About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in print design and branding to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who has a refined design eye, a solid leadership background, and a deep understanding of space, typography, and visual hierarchy in print materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute high-impact print designs aligned with brand standards
• Lead and contribute to creative projects while ensuring design quality and consistency
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and strict adherence to design guidelines
• Demonstrate adaptability and responsiveness in a dynamic work environment

Qualifications & Requirements

✅ 5 years of hands-on experience in print graphic design with a strong branding focus

✅ Preferably with a background in a fashion-focused branding and visuals business

✅ College Graduate required
✅ Proven team leadership experience
✅ Strong design sensibility in layout, spacing, typography, and color theory
✅ Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign

✅ Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
✅ Highly detail-oriented with the ability to follow directions precisely
✅ Capable of working independently and as part of a team
