• Implemented and supported SAP Data Archiving & ILM solutions across S/4HANA / ECC landscapes
• Configured and executed archiving objects using SARA, ArchiveLink, and SAP Content Server
• Designed and enforced data retention and deletion policies in compliance with GDPR
• Analyzed data growth and system performance, optimizing database size and runtime efficiency
• Collaborated with functional (FI/CO, MM, SD) and Basis teams to identify archiving opportunities
• Supported audit, legal hold, and compliance requirements (GDPR, GoBD)
• Performed testing (SIT/UAT), troubleshooting, and production support for archiving jobs
• Contributed to system decommissioning and data lifecycle management projects
• Provided documentation and knowledge transfer to business and IT stakeholders
• Utilized basic ABAP debugging for issue analysis and enhancements

Optional Add-ons (if applicable)

• Worked with OpenText / external content repositories
• Experience in SAP ILM Store / Data Volume Management (DVM)
• Involved in S/4HANA transformation or carve-out projects
