Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architecture, configuration, and deployment of RSA Archer GRC

solutions.

• Design and implement GRC use cases including Risk Management, Compliance,

Audit, Policy Management, and Third-Party Risk.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable

Archer solutions.

• Oversee Archer platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.

• Develop and maintain data integration strategies using Archer Data Feed Manager

and APIs.

• Establish governance standards and best practices for Archer development and

administration.

• Provide technical leadership to Archer developers and administrators.

• Conduct platform health checks, risk assessments, and continuous improvement

initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.
