Junior ServiceNow GRC / IRM Analyst (Offshore)

Role: Junior Consultant / Analyst - ServiceNow GRC / IRM Experience: 2-4 years Location: Offshore (India / Global Delivery Center) Type: Full-time

Role Overview: The Junior GRC/IRM Analyst will support configuration, testing, reporting, and operational activities across ServiceNow GRC and IRM modules. The role includes workflow setup, assessments, data validation, dashboard support, and documentation, under senior consultant guidance. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in configuring ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk, BCM). • Support mapping of regulations, risks, and controls. • Configure assessments, attestations, workflows, and questionnaires. • Assist in dashboard creation and compliance/risk reporting. • Perform unit testing, UAT, documentation, and platform hygiene. • Support continuous improvement activities and enhancements. Required Skills: • Basic knowledge of ServiceNow platform. • Understanding of risk and compliance concepts. • Ability to configure simple workflows, assessments, and dashboards. • Strong analytical and documentation skills. Preferred: • ServiceNow CSA certification. • Experience with audit processes or compliance frameworks.
