Key Responsibilities

1. Dashboard Development

Design and develop Qlik Sense dashboards aligned with business KPIs and data governance standards.
Optimize visualizations for performance and usability, including complex set analysis and expressions.
Build data models and optimize load scripts for large datasets.
Implement row-level security (RLS) and section access for user-based access control.

2. Data Integration & Modeling

Develop Qlik data models connecting to Snowflake, Oracle, or SQL Server.
Collaborate with ETL team (Matillion) to ensure accurate and timely data refreshes.
Create reusable data marts and QVD layers for analytics efficiency.

3. Maintenance & Support

Manage dashboard deployment and migrate changes across environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
Monitor data loads, troubleshoot performance issues, and coordinate with infrastructure teams.
Provide UAT support and address user feedback during testing phases.

4. Collaboration & Documentation

Partner with business users (HR, Finance, Operations, etc.) to capture reporting requirements.
Maintain documentation for data models, transformation logic, and visualization standards.
Work with the Data Governance team to ensure compliance with data privacy and quality standards.

5. Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in dashboard delivery.
Stay updated with new Qlik releases, visualization techniques, and best practices.

Experience: 3-5 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
