Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.

Job Description (Fund Finance) The Blackstone Real Estate Finance team is responsible for the operational and reporting functions for the real estate business in Asia. The team has offices in Hong Kong, Mumbai, Singapore, Tokyo & Sydney, and interacts closely with the headquartered team in New York. The role will focus primarily on supporting all the internal reporting functions for the real estate investments. Role: Analyst Key Responsibilities: o Work closely with Fund Finance team in Singapore & coordinate with various stakeholders from Finance / Deal / AM & Global Fund Finance team in New York o Assist in preparing various Internal BX reporting for sr. management & NY on Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly basis o Asist in tracking the liquidity of various Asia funds on a weekly basis to ensure sufficient capital for any future acquisitions / operational LOC draws. o Assist with running the limitations tests / tracking public securities / Fund Guarantees / drawdowns summary as part of global reporting o Track In-pipeline investments, their status & calculate the acquisition fees for Asia investments o Assist in maintaining & tracking the available capital for Asia Funds o Work on various LP investor reporting's monthly/quarterly for NY o Use of technology systems like iLEVEL, Deal path, Anaplan, Sigma for major reporting o Assist in ongoing technology initiatives and any other ad-hoc activities Required Skills:  Candidate must be a Postgraduate majoring in finance  1.5 - 2.5 Years of Accounting / Finance & Operations experience  Strong Project Management & Multi-Tasking skills  Attention to detail is key given all reporting goes to Sr. management  Proactive, Team player & Strong Analytical Skills  Excellent MS Excel (basic / advanced), MS PowerPoint skills with knowledge of power tool / automations would be preferred  Profile involves effective communication across stakeholders globally & hence possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must  A demonstrated ability to write effectively and summarize large amounts of information succinctly and quickly  A desire to work in an international team environment, often under pressure and with multiple stakeholders involved.
