AI ML Solution Architecting

Key Responsibilities
• AI-Driven Integration Architecture
o Design and govern integration patterns for aviation applications using AI-powered frameworks.
o Implement AI-based decision support systems, predictive analytics, and automation for operational efficiency.
o Develop strategies for integrating AI services with existing aviation platforms (TOPS, CROAMIS, Crew Management).
• Application & Cloud Integration
o Architect cloud-native integration solutions leveraging Azure/AWS services (API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps).
o Enable real-time data exchange across mission-critical aviation systems (CRM, OMS, POS, reservations).
o Drive modernization of legacy systems toward microservices, event-driven architectures, and API-first models.
• Governance & Compliance
o Ensure integration solutions comply with FAA/EASA safety standards and enterprise security policies.
o Participate in Architecture Review Boards (ARB) for alignment and governance.
• DevOps & Automation
o Implement CI/CD pipelines for integration workflows.
o Establish observability and monitoring for AI-enabled integrations to ensure high availability and resilience.
• Collaboration
o Work closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with aviation business needs.
o Mentor teams on AI integration best practices.Skills Required
Technical Skills
• AI & ML Expertise
o Experience with machine learning, generative AI, and AI integration frameworks.
o Familiarity with AI orchestration tools and prompt engineering for aviation use cases.
• Integration Technologies
o Proficiency in API design, REST/GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
o Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services, Spring Boot, and Java/J2EE for application integration.
• Cloud & DevOps
o Strong knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud services, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ARM).
o CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
• Data & Observability
o Understanding of data governance, data mesh architecture, and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
Domain Knowledge
• Aviation systems (Crew Scheduling, Flight Ops, Passenger Services).
• Compliance with aviation safety and regulatory standards.
Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change.
Preferred Certifications
• Azure Solution Architect or equivalent cloud certifications.
• AI/ML certifications (Google Cloud AI, AWS AI).
• TOGAF or SAFe® Agilist for architecture and agile delivery.Experience
• 8-12 years in integration architecture roles.
• 3-5 years in AI/ML solution design and implementation.
• Proven track record in aviation IT modernization and AI-driven initiatives.
