We are seeking an AI engineer with a strong focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to lead the integration of cutting-edge language technologies into real-world applications.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable, responsible, and high-impact GenAI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- MLOps: Model versioning, monitoring, logging
- Bias Detection & Mitigation
- Content Filtering & Moderation
- Providing Explainability & Transparency
- LLM Safety & Guardrails: Hallucination mitigation, prompt validation, safety layers
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with software engineers, DevOps, and product teams
- Rapid Prototyping: Building and deploying MVPs
- Prompt Engineering: Designing and optimising prompts for LLMs across use cases
- Monitoring in Production: Drift detection, performance degradation, logging outputs
- Working on Evaluation Pipelines: Automating metric tracking via MLflow or custom dashboards
Required Skills:
- Azure Cloud Experience
- Experience building hybrid systems combining LLMs with enterprise data
- Experience with Python programming
- Experience of Data Handling: NumPy, Pandas, SQL with Version Control: Git/GitHub
- Understanding of ML & LLM Techniques: To support integration, scaling, and responsible deployment
- A/B Testing: Experience evaluating GenAI features in production environments
Nice to Have
Domain Experience: Carbon Trading / Trading
Experience with GenAI Use Cases: Chatbots, copilots, document summarisation, Q&A, content generation
Mandatory Skills: AI ML Solution Architecting .
