Job Description:
Agentic AI Lead
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on professional to lead the design, development, and deployment of Agentic AI systems-autonomous, adaptive agents that reason, plan, learn, and act to solve complex enterprise challenges. This role will be pivotal in building Agentic AI offerings for Wipro's customers across domains, leveraging frameworks like MCP, A2A protocols, and orchestration platforms such as LangGraph, Autogen, and Crew AI.
PRIMARY SKILL: Python, LangChain, LangGraph
SECONDARY SKILL:
- Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone)
- LLM APIs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI)
- Docker & CI/CD basics
Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience in AI engineering with strong Python expertise.
- Worked as Tech Lead for AI implementation
- Hands-on experience building agentic or tool-using AI systems.
- Strong understanding of LangGraph and model fine-tuning workflows.

Must Have Skills:
- Python depth (async, multiprocessing, performance)

- LangGraph model customization or lightweight fine-tuning, Security, MCP
- Ability to design and debug agent loops
- Strong understanding of LLM constraints and safety
Good to have :
- Vector search design
- Prompt engineering for agent behavior
- Deployment/static analysis of model behavior
