Location : Bangalore/Chennai/Pune/Hyderabad/ Greater Noida

Exp : 5 yrs

• Administration of APPD Platform

• Perform Daily BAU tasks for managing the APPD environment.
• Data onboarding / Instrumentation of IT / Business Applications & Infrastructure Monitoring
• Install and configure APM tools, including agent deployment, instrumentation, and integration with various application stacks.
• Conduct performance analysis and troubleshooting of applications to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Develop custom dashboards, reports, and alerts to monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and business stakeholders, to drive APM best practices and continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in APM tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Document SOP's covering Deployment / Development / BAU tasks.

• SAP Application monitoring

• Understanding of cloud-native architectures and the ability to monitor applications in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with other APM Tools (DT / New Relic, HP Stack,..)

Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell for automation and extending APM tool functionality.
