Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage client's software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLA's ensuring client satisfaction

Work Location: Hyderabad

Experience : 6-7years (relevant skills)

Job Description: Onsite Engineer with an experience of working in a Lead lab and GXP machines.

• Support to all Lead Lab users
• Troubleshoot application issue & provide accurate resolution for the application issues.
• Review, Validation IQ, PQ, IQ13 document as needed and amend validation documentation with IT requirements.
• Provisioning the PC according to Lead Lab Guidelines.
• Ensure and Maintain Acronic Backup in alignment with System Owner.
• Request for access to a system, application H/w, S/W, Database and/or share device
• Reset passwords for supported applications
• Escalation requests to the appropriate IT Support Group for action
• Coordination of IMAC requests.
• Supporting on Track & trace system ( Backup, Configuration & trouble shooting )
• Supporting LAB applications like Lab X, ICDAS, chromeleon, LabX & Tiamo (Installation, Backup & Troubleshooting)
• Supporting Production related applications like MES, Infinity QS & configuring scales, label & Zebra printers, & Balances.
• Should have complete knowledge on Chromeleon application manager regards to IQ document for manual installation
• Supporting on Lab Lead PC Pixelproof and RAMAN applications
• Configuration of MES applications on Zebra Printers.
• Preparing Acronis weekly report
• Chromeleon Password reset and login issues./Folder access
• Data for Audit Trail review of all the LAB & Production PC including application.
• Ensure no major NC's during the final audit
• Performing IQ OQ, OPQ qualification

Mandatory Skills: Desktop Support .
