About this Role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help shape exceptional omni-channel experiences for our customers. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, engaging, and compliant digital solutions for online applications and websites.
In this role you will:
- Develop and execute customer experience solutions using user-centered design tools such as wireframes, prototypes, site maps, navigation schematics, and design briefs.
- Review and analyze business, user, and technical requirements to identify best practices and innovative solutions.
- Design, test, and refine prototypes; present and defend design deliverables to peers and stakeholders.
- Provide usability evaluations and support to product development teams.
- Consult standards, guidelines, and policies to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues and achieve project goals.
- Exercise independent judgment while building knowledge of functions, policies, and procedures
- Develop and execute customer experience solutions for online applications and websites
- Manage the design, creation, and production of customers experience elements from product concept through completion, including product updates and revisions
- Develop and execute customer experience solutions by employing a broad array of user centered design tools including customer experience brief, site strategy, wireframes or visual mockups, site layouts, site maps, taxonomies navigation schematics, task flows, design briefs, key screens, templates, prototypes
- Review and analyze high profile or complex projects and may lead projects or teams of user centered design specialists
- Develop new research and tests theories that lead to alternative, leading edge design solutions
- Analyze relevant internal and external sites and consult standards and guidelines as well as policies to determine best practices
- Design, develop, test, and refine prototypes
- Lead team to meet key milestone deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of business, user, and technical requirements
- Create and monitor schedules to ensure timely effective program execution
- Develop and oversee planning and execution of projects, production schedules, and quality assurance

- 4+ years of Online and Digital Product Design, Information Sciences, Graphic, and Visual Arts experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Familiarity with common financial expressions related to consumer lending products.
- Extensive Experience with Figma designs and the Figma design tool.
- Experience in conducting research, quantitative and qualitative.
- Experience in participating in and running human design thinking sessions.
- Familiarity or working knowledge with react and type script desired
- Adobe audience experience
- Experience with Jira / Agile routines and ceremonies.
- Experience with Roadmap execution
- Project management experience
- Change management experience
- Experience with supporting stakeholders in understanding the capabilities they want to build to support their business goals
- Ability to champion an idea and bring a group to consensus
- Understands business objectives and engages to capture requirements, assessing impacts both internal & external
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and create a pioneering playbook for others to follow rather than following pre-defined steps.
- Must be able to work on-site at the location specified in the job posting.
- Must be able to work a Hybrid work schedule.
