Banking, Lending, & Trust (BL&T) unlocks access to Wells Fargo Bank products and services to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families based on needs related to banking, custom lending, and trust services. These bank specialists leverage resources, valuable research, relationships, custom solutions, and highly tuned strategies to address clients' unique needs and aspirations.
Provides support to WIM in providing services to affluent, high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, families, family offices and charities. BL&T further provides legal guidance on a variety of banking and fiduciary topics including investment management, general trust administration, specialty trusts, custody, tax, specialty assets, regulatory, privacy, ecommerce, deposit relationship and strategy, and business strategies. The section also provides support to the WIM Diverse Segments group, including WIM referral activity.
Trust Services Trust advisors discuss the needs of HNW and UHNW clients and provide personalized advice and wealth and asset management services, including:
• Personal trust services
• Estate services
• Philanthropic services
• Closely held asset management
• Real estate and loan asset management
• Oil, gas and mineral management
• Legacy trust services
• Special needs trust services
• Managed Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA)

In this role, you will:
- Capture sizable new specialty assets (real estate, oil, gas & mineral interests, and closely held business interests) and develop new client relationships for the Specialty Asset Management group within a given territory, focusing on high growth and business expansion
- Provide team leadership and oversight of real estate acquisitions on behalf of wealth management clients in the region in accordance with the governing instruments, fiduciary laws, bank policies and procedures
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex specialty asset portfolios to meet specific client objectives
- Provide in depth portfolio analytics to ensure client portfolios are properly diversified and managed to achieve maximum investment performance
- Recommend solutions that are long-term, large scale and require the design and implementation of strategic business plans
- Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions intended to lead to new specialty asset relationships and client servicing for complex portfolios of specialty assets in accordance with the governing regulations, laws, and Wells Fargo policies and procedures
- Strategically engage with internal partners to deliver best in class client service
- Advise Wealth and Investment Management leaders, key sales professionals, relationship managers, Fiduciary Strategists, Portfolio Managers, Financial Advisors and other specialists

- 7+ years of Fiduciary Specialty Asset Products experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Demonstrated experience optimizing the performance of specialty assets such as real estate oil, gas & mineral interests, and closely held business interests
- Demonstrated experience advising clients on investing in real estate including leading property acquisition process from beginning to end
- Demonstrated business development experience within private client wealth management
- Proven track record managing client portfolios with an emphasis on strategic decision making for overall investment and wealth plans
- Proven ability to generate strong investment performance and deliver business growth strategies
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy utilizing MS Excel and ARGUS software
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver presentations in a professional setting
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$153,000.00 - $239,000.00
