Senior Lead Marketing Consultant - Campaign Implementation

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Marketing Consultant in Consumer Banking and Lending (CBL) Marketing.
This role is part of the Marketing Operations and Transformation team and will drive the development, approval, and publishing of fresh, high-impact creative content across digital channels, with a focus on optimizing visibility and brand sentiment in GenAI-powered search platforms. This role is central to Wells Fargo's transformation in AI search, ensuring our content is discoverable, relevant, and competitive across geographies and platforms.

In this role, you will:
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence successful delivery of innovative campaigns, programs and initiatives that drive business outcomes for multiple products, business lines or more significant programs and seamless customer engagement across digital channels within marketing
- Lead the creation and rapid deployment of user-focused, high-quality content addressing top search queries (e.g., financial education, product reviews, general info).
- Collaborate with specialized vendors and internal teams to develop and maintain a coordinated content roadmap, consolidating and optimizing content across all digital properties.
- Ensure content is fresh, accurate, and aligned with GenAI search trends and platform requirements.
- Partner with technology teams to future-proof web platforms, ensuring all content is crawlable and responsive for LLMs (Large Language Models).
- Implement new industry standards (e.g., LLMS.txt tagging) and schema coding for enhanced AI discoverability.
- Monitor and adapt to evolving GenAI search behaviors, including "zero-click" searches and AI-driven recommendations.
- Expand and manage relationships with affiliate publishers, financial news sites, and influencers to improve third-party endorsements and brand sentiment in GenAI search results.
- Amplify positive customer reviews and ratings across social media and crowd-sourced platforms.
- Establish and track KPIs for content performance and conversion impact in GenAI search.
- Collaborate with strategy and analytics teams to establish KPIs for content performance and deliver regular, robust performance reviews and competitive benchmarking.
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale or companywide strategies
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership partners, cross functional groups, business partners and lead vendor relationships

- 7+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) digital campaign management, content strategy, or SEO/SEM, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry.or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Demonstrated ability to leverage marketing and related technologies to drive improvements to marketing outcomes. Proven expertise in GenAI search optimization, content management systems, and web. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Experience managing third-party partnerships and influencer campaigns is a plus. Understanding of growth marketing principles and marketing technology trends. Experience with financial services industry, products, and services. Leadership experience preferred. Deep understanding of schema markup, LLMS.txt tagging, and AI discoverability techniques. Familiarity with web development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and ability to collaborate effectively with technology teams. Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and interpreting performance metrics.
