Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to support the Consumer Banking and Lending Chief Administrative Office (CBL CAO) Quality Assurance (QA) organization.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
  • Act as an advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives; develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
  • Act as point of contact for any owned Issues, Corrective Actions, both owned and shared, related to Quality Assurance (QA) activities
  • Act as point of contact for core Enterprise Governance Routines including Complaints, Redress, and Remediation QA requirements and required assessments
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges that require strong analytical skills and extensive knowledge of operations
  • Lead team meetings or project meetings to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
  • Lead Global Delivery Activity (GDA) activities for WFIP Teams (Manilla and India) to support ongoing QA execution performance
  • Lead maintenance and completion of Business Resiliency Plan (BRP) PG679 Consumer Lending Shared Services Reporting, Analytics, and QA (RAQA)
  • Lead Reporting, Analytics, and QA (RAQA) Capacity Planning process including maintenance of the plan and monthly reviews with senior leadership
  • Support internal and external engagements including intake, aggregation of information, formal responses, and escalations as needed
  • Support key initiatives and provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership that support business goals and objectives
  • Support Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) activities including annual refresh session and applicable trigger events as needed
  • Engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) routines and requirements
  • Strong understanding of Operations and Products offered by Wells Fargo
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, operational risk and risk frameworks
  • Strong understating of governance routines, specifically enterprise risk areas such as Complaints, Redress, and Remediation
  • Strong understanding of strategic planning and project implementation
  • Management or leadership experience either directly as a manager or indirectly as a lead
