Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Lead Analytics Consultant in New York, NY.
Job Role and Responsibility:
Translate of complex business requirements into technical specifications. Develop, test deployment and maintenance of business intelligence solutions that are senior executive level facing. Work directly with senior executives to design and iterate future reporting requirements. Provide ad-hoc reporting and analytic support across the CIB Banking teams (Coverage, M&A, and Capital Markets). Develop and expand relationships with CIB leadership, line of business COOs, Enterprise Data Management, and various support groups. Serve as an extension of the line of business COO teams by providing analytic support for strategic initiatives and day-to-day business management efforts. Prototype new reports and work closely with CIB Data Framework and prioritize, govern, and optimize recurring production reports and dashboards. Champion the business case for a data-driven CIB organization by providing actionable, fact-based business insight and analysis. Contribute thought leadership across the organization utilizing technical, domain, and business knowledge. Meet the needs of each line of business supported while ensuring conformance with data integrity standards. Stay current on new data and reporting technologies and actively participate in proof of concept (PoC) efforts. Partner with other areas of CIB and Wholesale to share best practices and collaborate on new initiatives. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications:
Degree required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, Technology, or related quantitative field.
Amount and type of experience required: 7 years of experience in the job offered or in a related quantitative analytics role.

- Experience with the translation of complex business requirements into technical specifications.
