About the Job

Wells Fargo is seeking a product manager in the CB|CIB Digital - Connectivity Solutions payments API product management team. Wells Fargo CB|CIB Digital - Connectivity Solutions organization develops & manages client-facing API, webhook and SDK capabilities, turn-key embedded finance solutions integrated within commonly used ERPs and financial platforms, and the Wells Fargo Developer for enabling scalable, real-time & integrated digital banking experiences for clients across the enterprise.

In this role you will:

  • Create payments API and webhook product strategy & roadmap
  • Collaborate across the digital & payments product, engineering & operations team to design for amazing client experience
  • Write user stories / requirements & documentation for API & webhook solutions
  • Lead API and webhook product development with Agile software development teams
  • Investigate production issues, helping customer support teams in resolving cases faster. Answer product questions from clients
Required Qualification
  • At least 4 years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience or education
Desired Qualifications
  • User stories / requirements writing experience, working with Agile software development teams to deliver solutions to production
  • Knowledge of API & webhook solutions offered by banks & fintechs
  • Knowledge of payments, especially ACH & wire, in the US
  • Knowledge of API & webhook documentation publishing
Job Expectations
  • Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Role is not eligible for 100% remote. Candidates must be willing to work onsite. Location preference is Charlotte, North Carolina
