About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join our Foreign Exchange Product and Strategic Delivery Team as part of Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) Operations division. The primary function of this position will be to execute funded projects within the FX Operations portfolio. This position may also assume product ownership roles within Agile scrum teams for one or multiple applications. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.
In this role, you will:
- Requirements gathering, Agile story creation and management in JIRA
- Collaboration with multiple stakeholders and partners across business, operations and technology to build consensus on requirements
- Effective Problem solving and timely escalation of issues challenging a project's scheduled completion
- Ability to work effectively as a product owner and coordinate sprint releases and testing in partnership with Project management and Scrum teams
- UAT and Production planning, execution and support for project delivery
- Administrative and reporting responsibilities including effective communication on project progress
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Extensive product ownership and change management experience, including UAT leadership experience
- Exposure to Capital Markets Operations, preferably the Foreign Exchange asset class
- Ability to analyze business requirements, challenge existing business functions and recommend alternative testing approaches, methods, and tools.
- Experience working with JIRA and AGILE
- Exceptional relationship building skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate, negotiate and influence decision making
- Ability to work effectively, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a matrixed and dynamic team environment, across all organizational levels with flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability
- Advanced organizational skills with high diligence and accuracy
- Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing stakeholders, and creating concise communications to senior leaders

This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$87,000.00 - $140,000.00
