Sales Enablement Manager - Platform Trading Coaching & Support

Wells Fargo is seeking a Sales Enablement Manger to lead the Platform Trading Coaching & Support team within Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Support Services team. This role will lead field support and coaching across advisory trading and implementation platforms for all channels. The position serves as a subject matter expert (SME) to ensure seamless platform navigation, operational excellence, and advisor engagement. The manager will partner with product owners, advisors, and internal teams to deliver training, resolve escalations, and drive adoption of platform capabilities. In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop a team of individual contributors with low to moderate complexity and risk in Sales Enablement - Platform Trading Coaching & Support area
- Engage stakeholders and internal partners associated with the advisory trading and investment implementation tools
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within Sales Enablement functional area
- Research regions and define target locations to implement training programs and coaching protocols, negotiate and partner with location management to implement appropriate programs
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives and operations of Sales Enablement functional area and team to meet business objectives
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with low to moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and multiple level managers as well as interact directly with external customers
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Sales Enablement functional area
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring and onboarding individuals onto the Sales Enablement team
- 4+ years of Sales Enablement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- 4+ years of experience in Financial Services or Wealth & Investment Management
- 1+ years of management experience in a customer service environment
- Experience in financial advisor support, coaching, and enablement
- Strong knowledge of trading and investment platforms such as UAT (Unified Advisory Trading) and ICAP (iCapital) workflows
- Customer service focus, with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage escalations and deliver under tight SLAs
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint) skills
- FINRA registration including Series 7 and 66 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
