About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a highly organized professional to support key national programs and communications within WIM. This role helps coordinate and execute large scale meetings and calls, manages logistics for leadership and advisor engagements, oversees speaker vetting, and supports access management and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, builds strong partnerships, and brings strong program management skills to support WIM's strategic priorities.
In this role, you will:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of WIM national meetings and calls, ensuring smooth communication and strong organizational engagement
- Assist with logistics management and strategic support for key national calls, including weekly National Advisor Calls, bi-monthly National Leader Calls, monthly Market Leader Calls, and additional ad hoc calls as needed
- Manage ad-hoc projects including but not limited to the speaker vetting process for advisor-facing engagements, team access requests, and policy and procedure overview
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong understanding of key Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) priorities and initiatives
- Established relationships with WIM executives and critical business partners
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
- Demonstrated program management expertise with the capacity to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to navigate and drive progress within a complex organizational landscape
- Experience planning, coordinating, and executing business programs, events, meetings, and large-scale calls
- Skilled in collaborating with business leaders to develop, refine, and implement program strategies
