Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Human Resources (HR) Business Partner to join our Human Resources team to support the Wealth and Investment Management line of business. Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) is one of the United States' leading providers of financial and investment services. This position is aligned with the Wealth & Investment Management leadership team and offers a high-impact, strategic opportunity to support a key line of business. The Lead Human Resources Business Partner will play a critical role in driving complex and comprehensive human capital initiatives. In close collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence, this role ensures the effective implementation of HR programs that enable business growth objectives while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders within Wealth & Investment Management, helping shape business objectives, allocate resources, and define long-term goals through the lens of human capital strategy.
  • Lead the development and execution of solutions to highly complex challenges that span multiple disciplines within Human Resources and intersect with key areas of the WIM business.
  • Deliver impactful, forward-thinking HR strategies that address large-scale business needs, require innovation, advanced analytical thinking, and coordination across diverse teams.
  • Provide strategic direction and subject matter expertise to leaders on implementing transformative human capital initiatives that drive enterprise-wide results.
  • Build strong partnerships across all levels of leadership, acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner to influence and guide HR-related decisions within the WIM organization.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience supporting Wealth & Investment Management within a large financial services organization
  • Proven ability to partner with and influence executive leadership, demonstrating commanding executive presence
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
  • Demonstrated expertise in consulting and advising across diverse HR disciplines, leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities, implement strategic solutions, and drive change in areas such as talent acquisition and management, compensation and performance, organizational design, change management, and employee engagement.
  • Ability to assess complex issues, make timely decisions, and drive strategic initiatives
  • Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance, talent development, and employee engagement within a highly regulated financial services environment

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
