Infrastructure Strategy Senior Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a strategic, outcomes-oriented Infrastructure Strategy Senior Consultant to partner with Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Branch Infrastructure leadership to enhance the business' strategic approach to Real Estate investment across the branch network. You will generate relevant datasets with compelling data visualization for divisional finance and market leaders to help inform decision-making related to branch Real Estate, as well as liaise with our Corporate Properties partners around Real Estate project delivery. This role plays a critical part in WIM's line of business commitment to enhance data analytics and procedures for our branch Real Estate portfolio.

In this role, you will:

  • Work with large, disparate datasets to create compelling data visualizations and derive actionable insights related to WIM's branch Real Estate footprint
  • Collaborate and influence functional management to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo strategies or policies and business line objectives
  • Develop and maintain design and finish standards for WIM's Client Relationship Group offices with a focus on delivering scalable solutions to maintain consistency across a large portfolio
  • Identify Business Execution opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development over across the Real Estate Operations and delivery space to ensure operational excellence and process efficiency
  • Facilitate regular market and division level reviews with WIM Executive Leadership to ensure transparency and risk mitigation for Real Estate (RE) stakeholders
  • Develop and facilitate an exceptions review process and criteria for application to RE operations delivery model
  • Create and execute Quality Assurance and Control policies and procedures to be shared and administered by multiple internal and external partners
  • Interpret and solve for various compliance risk mitigation issues related to RE strategy and delivery
  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Track record of identifying and delivering transformational change within the financial services or wealth management business with an emphasis on real estate delivery
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate dynamics in the financial services or wealth management business
  • WIM and Client Relationship Group (CRG) Real Estate Operations experience
  • Customer Service mindset and experience
  • Ability to navigate difficult situations and facilitate critical conversations to arrive at decisions
  • Ability to constructively challenge the status-quo and engage in 'safe debate' on critical business issues with a range of business partners
  • Ability to design and implement new and complex processes
  • Experience with gaining adoption or buy in from internal and external business partners to accomplish business goals
  • Experience leading and engaging high-performing team members
  • Executive level presentation skills
  • Experience tracking data, compiling/mining data from multiple cross business sources, or a combination of both
  • Experience developing datasets with compelling data visualization
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint) skills

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$87,000.00 - $154,000.00
