Digital Product Management Director
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Management Director for the Core Banking Modernization (CBM) team within Consumer, Small & Business Banking (CSBB) to serve as the Product General Manager (PGM) overseeing the modernization Product Delivery Office (PDO). This is a high impact leadership role that ensures efficient execution of business strategies, risk management, and cross-product execution. The PGM will be responsible for managing the PDO team, including ramping up the team by managing the hiring process. This individual is expected to work closely with our enterprise-wide business and technology partners to achieve our goals.

In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop the Product Delivery Office to oversee Core Banking Modernization program execution and cross-product workstreams
- Create the end-to-end data testing strategy and test management framework including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business acceptance scope, and non-functional testing
- Ensure adherence to the Enterprise Change Management Policy through development of a governance and change management function
- Operationalize standard program reporting across milestones, dependencies, blockers, and risks
- Create and manage strategy for decommissioning heritage applications
- Create and manage strategy for operations engagement including conducting impact analysis in partnership with the COO line of business, understanding and defining requirements that solve for operational impacts and user interfaces, and identifying efficiency opportunities to reduce manual processes
- Manage holistic work prioritization across CBM products and alignment to overall business outcomes
- Drive cross-product integration of roadmaps for all CBM products
- Oversee modernization OKRs on delivery commitments
- Partner across enterprise-wide business and technology, internal and external (vendor) stakeholders to drive outcomes
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior leadership
- Lead the team by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex issues
- Identify opportunities and strategies for initiatives that will benefit the overall modernization effort
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in aligned department or business group
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- 8+ years of digital product management or leadership experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience
- Core Banking Modernization Expertise - Hands-on experience driving modernization initiatives within core banking systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Strong collaboration skills with the proven ability to work closely with agile product development and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking - Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and deliver actionable insights.
- Communication Excellence - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
- Influence & Relationship Building - Demonstrated success influencing within a matrixed environment and fostering partnerships across all organizational levels.
- Results-Oriented - Skilled at prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and achieving goals under pressure.
- Agile- Proven experience in Agile product development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), including leading cross-functional teams, managing iterative delivery cycles, and driving continuous improvement to meet business objectives.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$185,000.00 - $300,000.00
