About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Capital Markets Middle Office Specialist to join our Qualified Financial Contracts (QFC) Team as part of our Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) Operations division. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.
This role plays a critical part in supporting regulatory reporting controls and capability testing while offering opportunities to contribute to process improvements, collaborate with cross-functional global terms, and gain exposure to complex financial products and services.
In this role, you will:
- Monitor Controls, review data exception, facilitate root cause analysis and remediation efforts related to regulatory reporting
- Review and analyze trade and collateral data across a range of products, including fixed income, equity, credit derivatives, loans, Repos, etc.
- Support issue resolution related to QFC Recordkeeping Regulations and exception/break management
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive resolution of complex issues
- Participate in meetings and contribute to cross-functional discussions to help identify and implement solutions
- Provide information to managers and the Capital Markets Middle Office
- 2+ years of Capital Markets industry experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- General understanding of Capital Markets, Capital Markets Operations, and related processes
- Knowledgeable of Regulatory Position and/or Transaction Reporting processes, Qualified Financial Contract Record Keeping experience is a plus
- Sound analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail and accuracy
- Developed skillset in data analysis, critical thinking, and problem solving
- Clear and professional communication skills with both team members and stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, thriving in a team-oriented environment
- Sound task management and prioritization abilities
- Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team setting

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$28.85 - $43.75
