In this role, you will:
- Provide support for WellsOne customers
- Coordinate and execute the distribution of commercial cards to designated customers.
- Maintain and update customer address information to ensure accurate delivery.
- Provide card shipment tracking details upon request to internal teams or customers.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the WellsOne Service team to resolve inquiries and support card-related processes.
- Help with customer associated risk management
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Receive direction from leaders
- Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- 2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience with WellsOne Commercial Card
- Knowledge and familiarity of WellsOne Cardroom policies, procedures and process
- Knowledge of TSYS , FedEx Ship Manager, Excel workbook tools
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products; especially Outlook and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Position schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Must be available to work overtime, as needed
- No hybrid schedule available
- Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
