Position Summary:
The Digital Engagement Manager leads the strategy, execution, and optimization of WellPower’s digital presence and engagement ecosystem. This role oversees day‑to‑day operations of digital platforms while also managing a small team and cross‑functional contributors to ensure consistent, high‑quality communications aligned with organizational goals.

The posted range represents the full hiring range. Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications.
Job Duties & Functions:
- Develop and lead WellPower’s digital and social media engagement strategy across platforms to grow visibility, brand alignment, and audience engagement.
- Evaluate and implement emerging digital tools, technologies, and trends to continuously improve reach and engagement.
- Supervise and provide leadership to two multimedia communication strategists responsible for managing the company's social media platforms and corporate website, ensuring consistent brand messaging, content quality, and timely updates.
- Lead digital analytics strategy, including oversight of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Sprout Social, and platform‑native analytics.
- Provide advanced data interpretation, insights, dashboards, and trend reports for leadership, recommending actionable improvements and optimizations.
- Oversee the execution of social media and email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
- Monitor KPIs across web, social media, CRM, and email to evaluate campaign performance and refine strategy.
- Provide leadership in maintaining and improving the organization’s Microsoft SharePoint environment, ensuring strong content organization, governance, and compliance.
- Collaborate with IT, Communications, and operations teams to support intranet development and user experience.
- Manage vendor relationships related to digital tools, software, and creative support.
- Oversee adherence to brand standards across digital channels.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital media, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience managing digital communication programs, including at least 2 years in a leadership, supervisory, or team‑lead capacity.
- Proficiency in GA4/Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, CRM platforms, and analytics/reporting tools.
- Demonstrated experience developing digital strategy and analyzing cross‑platform performance.
- Familiarity with contemporary web design best practices and drag‑and‑drop webpage editors.
Work Location: This role may be fully remote. If office space is needed, the employee is expected to work on-site three days per week in a designated workspace. Candidates must be in the Denver Metro Area.
Shift/Hours: This is a Monday through Friday, 8-5 PM role. May require occasional evening or weekend hours.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, bend, and reach; operate standard office equipment including phone, computer, copier, printer, and scanner. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Primarily office-based work. May require occasional evening or weekend hours.
