TA Sales Engineer

As a TA sales engineer, you are an ambassador of Waters and will bring to the market Waters' products and services. You will demonstrate a clear grasp of understanding the customers' business and its growth plans, as well as be able to take the knowledge and convert that into a solution and offering from Waters, with a primary aim of bringing "customer success". This position brings you a great degree of flexibility working in the field. Your role will be designated to either a territory and/or markets.
Responsibilities
- Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Business Management
- Be responsible for the regional sales, meeting sales targets in assigned territory.
- Maintain a healthy AR and control regular expense
- Product promotion and customer relationship management
- Be familiar with the applications and value propositions of the related products, demonstrate the comprehensive product solutions to customers and partners.
- Work closely with marketing team for territory product marketing planning and implementation
- Collect and understand market situations, competitive information and other related information.
- Actively develop new customers, maintain old customer, fulfill customer penetration and daily customer relationship management.
- Performance Management
- Meet the KPI settings, 100% Compass CRM records for all business activities
- Actively implement the company's EverGreen strategy and other key projects to improve personal efficiency
- Advocating the spirit of collaboration and team consciousness
Qualifications
- Educational Background
- Master degree and above
- Material science related major (polymer material is preferred)
- Working Experience
- At least 2 years industry experience, Instrument industry background is preferred
- Professional skill requirements
- Able to adapt to frequent business travel
- Good interpersonal communication ability, analytical ability, strain capacity
- Enterprising spirit and ownership
- Adapt the high strength work, compressive ability
