Wyatt光散乱装置およびAura装置に関する営業営業開発およびカスタマーサクセスに関する取り組みを支援していただきます。

Responsibilities

【業務内容】

• 担当アカウント／担当地域において現地営業チームと連携しオンサイトセミナー技術コンサルティングおよびアプリケーションの実用性テスト（デモンストレーション）を実施することで新たな販売機会を積極的に開拓する。• 初期段階の商談を技術的な合意に至るまで管理する。• 販売プロセスにおける技術的なアプリケーションサポートを習得しトレーニング顧客成功支援高度なトラブルシューティングデータ分析を含む販売後の訪問業務を行う。• 既存顧客に対し継続的な販売後のサポートとして高度な製品トレーニングとアプリケーションサポートを提供しリピート販売を促進する。• バイオ医薬品特殊化学品学術市場におけるプロセス最適化および開発の権威として認められるようアプリケーションに関する深い知識と専門性を養う。• 業界セミナーカンファレンスシンポジウムにおいて主要なアプリケーションに関する技術資料を作成し発表する。• バイオ医薬品および遺伝子治療市場に高い価値を提供するアプリケーションソリューションを特定し開発する。

Qualifications

【求める人材】

• 化学生化学または同等の分野の博士号。あるいは修士号または学士号を取得し5年以上の関連実務経験を有すること。• HPLCおよび光散乱分析装置の実務経験5年以上• 高分子およびタンパク質分析技術に関する知識• 優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人スキル基本的なデジタルリテラシー• 優れた文章力および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力ならびに基本的な実験技術装置ソフトウェアに関する深い知識。• 優れた組織力自発性細部への注意力およびコミュニケーション能力が必須です。
