Senior Financial Analyst - Support Functions Integration, Global Operations

Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic finance initiatives across our global Procurement, Quality, and Facilities functions. This role will work closely with the Finance Director and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, drive integration efforts, and support transformation projects that drive long-term value creation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Finance Director to deliver financial analysis and insights for strategic initiatives, M&A integration, and operational performance.
- Support financial modeling, scenario planning, and business case development for Direct and Indirect sourcing initiatives and footprint optimization projects related to a recent acquisition—both pre- and post-deal.
- Assist in harmonizing financial processes across the Global Operations network.
- Prepare and analyze monthly synergy tracking performance reports, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate across the Global Operations teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives.
- Contribute to executive-level presentations and reporting packages for senior leadership.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in manufacturing or global operations.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization.
- Experience supporting M&A integration and strategic planning initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and planning tools.
- Familiarity with supply chain/manufacturing finance and operational KPIs.
- Exposure to change management and process improvement
