Overview
Join our dynamic Global Service Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst, reporting directly to the Sr. Finance Manager - Global Service. In this strategic role, you will help drive business performance by delivering insightful financial analysis and data-driven recommendations that influence decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Partnering: Serve as the primary finance partner to the Service HQ Partner's business. Deliver financial modeling, benchmarking, and executive-level reporting of key performance indicators. Communicate a clear and compelling narrative around business drivers and the implications of financial results.
- Operational & Financial Analysis: Support global service functions through proactive business partnering. Analyze financial and operational results, highlighting key variances against forecast and plan to inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams on major initiatives. Provide financial insights to support decisions related to operational efficiency, cost optimization, capital investments, vendor selection, and negotiations.
- Month-End Close Support: Contribute to the month-end close process by preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and conducting various financial analyses.
- Planning & Forecasting: Assist in developing current-year and long-range financial plans. Define financial targets using key business assumptions, applying rigorous methodologies and financial discipline.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide timely and relevant financial analysis to support evolving business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or business finance
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, scenario planning, and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SAP)
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and storytelling skills
- Demonstrated integrity, transparency, and humility in professional conduct
- Strategic thinker with a global mindset and strong execution capabilities
- Proven ability to foster collaboration and enable team success
