Overview

Waters has an exciting and challenging opportunity available for an APAC Order Operations Order to Cash S4 Lead to drive and successfully delivering solutions in the S/4 HANA Implementation. This role station in Singapore and will report to the Order Operations director, APAC. This role is a fixed term contract for 1 years (June 2026- June 2027).

Collaborating closely with Waters Global S4 project team and Order Operations team and key stakeholders, APAC Order Operations Order to Cash S4 Lead will be the subject matter expert leading APAC to a successful implementation of the final phase of S/4 HANA deployment across APAC, focusing on testing coordination, user readiness, cutover execution, and post go-live stabilization. Acts as key liaison between APAC business and global teams to ensure a smooth go-live and transition to steady-state operations

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in S4 Testing Phase Activities: Execute test scripts, prepare test sample data, conduct tests, review/approve test results (automated and manual tests)
  • Act as POC for JIRA defect tickets tracking (defects, cutover items, open issues) and drive resolutio
  • Participate in S4 Data Mapping Activities: Align data requirements, policies with process design and business needs, Review and approve data transfer scripts, review, and approve results
  • Coordinate S4 training for OTC users (schedule, environment, completion tracking)
  • Serve as key communication bridge between APAC and global stakeholders to manage cutover plan, task tracking, and readiness across teams
  • Participate in S4 Change Management Activities: Act a change agent for area of expertise, Design and develop training materials, Act as train the trainer for area of expertise
  • Participate in S4 Hypercare: Support S4 program post go-live. Support critical escalations and develop continuous improvement roadmap for future releases

Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • Min 10 years' experience in SAP SD preferably OTC areas with 1-2 yrs in S4H
  • End to End Project Implementation experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience developing and presenting clear and concise solutions
  • Self-motivated and thrives in a dynamic business environment
  • Proven track record of successfully cross functional teamwork and ability to manage through influence
  • Ability to travel and attend meeting during US and Europe timezone

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
  • APAC regional project experience
  • Exposure to hypercare and post go-live support
