Waters has an exciting and challenging opportunity available for an eProcurement IntegDration Manager to develop industry leading capabilities, consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience and influence eProcurement strategy across eCommerce partners as well as cross functional internal and external teams. As a working leader responsible for a team of India-based Onboarding Specialists, who execute Customer EDI / eProcurement Integration Projects, you will provide day to day guidance, ensure onboarding best practices and SOPs, and drive continuous improvement in throughput, quality, and customer experience.

As a key member of our Digital Global Capabilities Center this position will oversee and manage EDI / eProcurement integration projects with Waters B2B customers from project kick-off through go-live following the full B2B integration life cycle. Success in this role requires an execution strategy grounded in both internal and external customer experience, as well as strong collaboration and alignment with cross-functional colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver end‑to‑end customer integration projects, including planning, prioritization, setup, testing, and go‑live execution.
  • Manage a portfolio of 12-15 mid‑ to large‑scale eProcurement, EDI, or marketplace integrations simultaneously, ensuring on time, ‑high quality delivery.‑
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to execute project deliverables, including identifying, securing, and coordinating required technical resources.
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with internal teams and customers to manage expectations, risks, milestones, and deliverables throughout the integration lifecycle.
  • Partner with technical teams and product managers to stay current on digital capabilities and recommend enhancements across Waters' digital product ecosystem.
  • Create, maintain, continuously improve, and optimize onboarding documentation and SOPs, including project templates (scope, project plan, test plan, golive‑ plan) tailored to each integration scenario.
  • Facilitate recurring project meetings with customers, internal stakeholders, technical teams, and third‑party platforms to drive alignment and resolution of issues.
  • Partner with eProcurement Support to provide escalation‑level (Tier 2/Tier 3) customer support for complex integration, technical, or production issues.

Qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams, with a demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and build high-performing onboarding/integration teams
  • Strong process and project management experience, including developing project plans, managing dependencies, standardizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience leading large eProcurement/eCommerce integration projects and overseeing implementation across platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, or Tungsten.
  • Hands ‑on experience with SAP, including Quote‑toCash‑ processes and SAP Commerce in a manufacturing environment; SAP Business Process Integration (S/4HANA) knowledge or certification is a strong plus.
  • Subject‑matter expertise in digital commerce, including defining requirements for EDI, cXML, and order/invoice mapping
  • Strong working knowledge of EDI, XML, cXML, HTML, and API services
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, technical aptitude, and advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer‑focused mindset, committed to driving results while effectively managing objections
  • Experience with integration platforms such as TradeCentric, Seeburger, or OpenText Business Network / Business Integration Suite is a strong plus
