単なる保守作業にとどまらず、

• 「なぜ不具合が起きたのか」
• 「どうすれば再発を防げるか」

といった構造的・技術的視点での根本原因の特定と解決提案を行い、技術の力で研究の未来を支えます。

Responsibilities

主な職務内容

• 顧客先での装置設置、初期セットアップ、操作トレーニング
• 定期点検、修理、予防保守などの技術サービス
• トラブルシューティング（オンサイト／リモート対応）
• 顧客からの技術問い合わせ対応（電話／メール）
• 作業報告書の作成、履歴管理（CRMシステム使用）
• 営業・アプリケーションエンジニアとの情報連携・分析支援

担当製品：

• 熱分析：DSC（示差走査熱量計）、TGA（熱重量分析）、SDT
• 粘弾性測定／熱機械分析：Rheometer、DMA、TMA

顧客業界：

• 製薬、化学、電子材料、エネルギー、バッテリー、食品、建材、アスファルト 等（国立研究機関／大学／大手メーカーの研究開発部門が中心）

Qualifications

■求められるスキル・資格

【必須条件】

• 理系専攻の学位（電気・電子・機械・物理・化学・材料 等）
• 機器の構造理解、分解・組立への興味
• 顧客との技術コミュニケーションが苦にならない方
• 普通自動車免許（顧客訪問に使用）

【歓迎するスキル・経験】

• 英語マニュアルを読みながらの作業が可能な読解力
• 分析装置、理化学機器の操作・保守経験
• 電気・電子回路、配線、センサに関する知識・資格
• SalesforceやMicrosoft 365の実務経験
• 熱分析、レオメトリー、マテリアルサイエンスへの興味
