Overview
Provide field and remote support to sales organization by providing customers with hands-on technical guidance (pre-sales & post-sales activities). Serve as a customer-facing technical expert, demonstrating intimate knowledge of products and familiarity and challenges in the field.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior application chemist, including sample preparation and run samples, demonstrate the core performance advantages and value proposition of the instruments, sharpen competitive edge in the fiercely contested industry landscape, and ultimately drive win rate optimization, as well as the achievement of business objectives and sustainable value growth.
- Help to sort Demo report and AN
Qualifications
- Masters's Degree or above in Pharmaceutical Analysis
- Familar with LC chromatogram
- Strong self-motivated and work independently under stress
