Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy HR Data Analyst to join our HR Data Intelligence and Governance team. This role will leverage data science techniques to support talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, diversity and inclusion, workforce planning, and performance management. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for data-driven decision-making in the HR domain.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy metrics in addition to predictive models to solve HR problems (e.g., attrition prediction, talent sourcing, compensation modeling).
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and generate actionable insights on workforce trends.
- Partner with HRBPs, talent acquisition, Talant development and other groups across HR to develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Work with large, complex datasets from various HR systems
- Align with the HR data governance team to ensure consistent metric definition
- Translate complex data insights into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Required
- B.A. or B.S degree
- 5-7 years industry experience in reporting and analytics
- Attention to detail and follow-through
- Possess a personable and confident manner with good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Experience working with human resources data, reporting, and analytics
- Experience working with large volumes of data and testing data flow across multiple systems
- Ability to document complex business and technical processes
- Experience with key software development processes such as requirements, sprint planning, testing, and change management
- Ability to collaborate with data analysts, software engineers, business partners and other stakeholders
- Experience with agile methodology and project management
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving and data analysis skills
- Aptitude to learn new software and data solutions
- Preferred
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent systems
- Prior experience as an application Product Manager or Product Owner
