Global HR Project Manager

Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Project Manager to join our team and lead strategic initiatives that shape the future of our HR function in a truly international environment. This role is pivotal in driving projects across HR Operations and other key areas to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience. You will collaborate with HR leaders and cross-functional teams across multiple countries to deliver projects that align with global business priorities and create measurable impact.
This role will be based out of our Bangalore India office and will be a hybrid role (3 days per week on site - Tues-Thurs)
Responsibilities
- Lead HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
- Manage projects in areas such as:
- HR Processes optimization
- HR technology implementation
- HR Programs
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to define objectives, success metrics, and change management plans.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project updates and insights to senior leadership.
- Share best practices and contribute to the success of the HR PMO team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred) and 8-10 years minimum of experience in HR Project Management.
- Proven experience in HR project management or HR PMO roles, ideally in a global or multinational context.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and HR Operations.
- Project management certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
