Responsibilities
- Coordinate with HR, IT, and other departments to gather technical and operational requirements, ensuring the smooth onboarding and system setup for temporary staff.
- Document, map, and optimize internal workflows related to access management and IT provisioning to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Maintain internal systems and ensure accurate data entry for staffing records, system access, and user permissions.
- Troubleshoot system or access-related issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize disruption to staff onboarding and daily operations.
- Ensure processes comply with internal policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements in collaboration with HR and IT teams.
- Monitor system usage and performance, analyze operational data, and recommend practical improvements to streamline processes.
- Provide clear guidance and training to stakeholders on system processes and best practices to ensure consistent and effective system use.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience working with internal systems, access management, IT setup processes, or operational support roles.
- Strong understanding of internal system workflows, user access management, and IT provisioning processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to independently troubleshoot system or technical issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with cross-functional teams such as HR and IT.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when managing system data, documentation, and process records.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical system improvements.
