Overview

Waters China is keen to look for a positive and energetic Customer Ops Support Coordinator to be part of the Customer operation team. The ideal candidate is a person with strong communication and presentational skills, a mind of details and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment. Act as the major contributor of improving sales revenue and efficiency

Responsibilities

Quotation

  • According to the customer's ordering requirements, generate a quotation based on the company's agreed price and send it to the customer for confirmation

Contract

  • Generate contracts and affix contract seals based on company standard templates

Order Processing

  • RMB order
  • Usd Order
  • Quality/return orders
  • Free/trial products

Other tasks arranged by superiors

Follow up on backlog quotations and orders on a weekly basis, and drive the order to cash process

Identify potential compliance risks in daily business operations.

Project management and process optimization

  • Supports the management team to ensure team tasks and projects with Waters's goals, breaking them into actionable steps with clear ownership.
  • Based on data analysis and industry best practices, design optimization solutions, integrate cross-departmental resources, and drive process standardization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years relevant work experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good skills in both written and verbal English
