Responsibilities
- Manage the entire process from contract to order
- Liaise on order inquiries, track fulfillment and drive cross-functional shipment improvement.
- Others
Education & Experience:
- University Degree in Commercial, International Trade or Logistics, or a related field of study
- Familiar with import and export business, 3+ years of relevant work experience in Customer Operations Order Process Management
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office tools and related IT software
- Working knowledge in SAP and Documentary Credit is a plus
Skills:
- Customer oriented and result driven
- Strong interactive skills and a good listener, with strong teamwork spirit
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal Chinese and English
- Willing to learn new products, process systems and applications and quickly acquiring technical knowledge
- Awareness of the impact and risks of choices, and the impact on the overall process
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure
