Responsibilities

  • Based on MSD IB, break down the overall visit plan into specific, actionable AD assignments. Ensure clear delegation of tasks and systematically collect visit feedback to support continuous improvement of the 4,000+ call plan.
  • Manage the comprehensive 4,000+ call plan by tracking execution progress, identifying deviations, and aligning AD activities with strategic objectives. Use visit feedback to refine future assignment breakdowns and enhance field efficiency.
  • Support ADs in planning and executing joint marketing activities, including coordination with internal teams and external partners. Contribute to the delivery of 80 planned activities in 2026, ensuring alignment with brand and sales goals.
  • Assist ADs in monitoring the performance of joint marketing activities, tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement, and lead generation. Provide actionable insights to optimize activity effectiveness and resource allocation for the 2026 plan.
  • Create and maintain an AD-generated sales funnel within the Compass system. Accurately log leads, opportunities, and conversion stages, ensuring data integrity to support pipeline management and performance tracking.
  • Drive the achievement of a $42 million funnel target through proactive pipeline management. Regularly review progress, identify gaps, and collaborate with ADs to implement corrective actions that maximize opportunity conversion.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in materials science or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in sales or equipment technical support.
  • Experience working with distributors or in channel sales support is preferred.
  • Mastery of basic knowledge in marketing, sales management, etc., and understanding of distributor operating models.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data processing and analysis, with the ability to use functions, charts, and other tools for data presentation.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, able to communicate effectively with distributor personnel at different levels.
  • Strong learning ability and problem-solving skills, capable of quickly mastering new product knowledge and resolving unexpected issues on the job.
  • Diligent and responsible, with a strong service mindset, able to provide patient and meticulous support to distributors.
  • Good team player, willing to share experience and information with team members to accomplish tasks together.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure, capable of handling multiple tasks and challenges in a fast-paced work environment.
