Channel Operation Specialist

Overview

仪器经销商销售支持岗位为经销商的业绩看板维护、覆盖追踪、机会管理、经销商评估、市场活动管理、培训计划管理等，整体流程提供全方位、细致的支持服务，以强化与经销商的合作关系，助力经销商提升销售业绩。通过协助经销商解决销售流程中的各类问题，确保公司产品在经销渠道的顺畅推广与销售，实现公司与经销商的共同发展。

Responsibilities

• 看板维护：经销商各项KPI指标，作为重要的管理工具。参与经销商业务Review，汇总看板数据。通过业绩看板，发现经销商日常业务中存在的问题，协商行动计划，督促计划执行。
• 覆盖追踪：经销商通过覆盖发现新的项目机会，TA公司会向经销商主动提供覆盖清单，包括现有客户地图、行业客户清单、项目机会、招标信息等。也会要求经销商发现区域内重点客户清单，实现有机会、有目标的覆盖工作。
• 机会管理：经销商发现项目机会，通过日常项目Review确认机会，与销售团队协调录入系统，追踪项目进度。
• 经销商评估：按照标准化的季度考核标准，对过去一个季度经销商各个方面的业务推进情况进行打分，并配合各个部门共同对经销商做出季度评定。
• 市场活动：我们对经销商区域内市场活动有明确要求，该岗位的任务是监督经销商市场活动计划的制定，以及执行。
• 培训计划：跟进业务需要，制定年度培训计划，并协调内部资源执行培训计划。

Qualifications

• 本科及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理等相关专业优先。
• 具有 1 - 3 年销售支持、客户服务或相关领域工作经验。
• 有与经销商合作或渠道销售支持经验者优先考虑。
• 掌握市场营销、销售管理等基础知识，了解经销商运营模式。
• 熟练使用 Office 办公软件，尤其是 Excel 进行数据处理与分析，能够运用函数、图表等工具进行数据呈现。
• 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与不同层级的经销商人员进行有效沟通。
• 拥有较强的学习能力与问题解决能力，能够快速掌握新产品知识与解决工作中的突发问题。
• 工作认真负责，具备较强的服务意识，能够耐心、细致地为经销商提供支持。
• 具有良好的团队协作精神，愿意与团队成员分享经验与信息，共同完成工作任务。
• 具备较强的抗压能力，能够在快节奏的工作环境下应对多项任务与挑战。
