Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist role requires you to serve as a trusted Business Partner to our business management team to increase organizational efficiency and to encourage high performance culture. Our Accounts Payable Functional team is a very professional yet comfortable group to work in. You will be able to utilize your expertise in various strategic projects and to implement them with the constant support from the team. Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable processing for Waters EMEA entities in Ariba and SAP
- Manage daily exceptions in Ariba
- Process fixed assets invoices.
- Inter-company invoice processing
- Answer vendor queries.
- General ledger account analysis
- Process payments on a weekly basis.
- Accounts Payable Project work
- Process Vendor Master creations / maintenance.
- Invoice processing and query handling.
- Support any updates & reviews of tax changes
- Other Ad-Hoc reporting and administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
Education: Degree or equivalent experience in Finance Administration.
Experience:
- 2+ years' experience in accounts payable, accounting or procure to pay role
- Proficient in SAP
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize workload and multitask several activities at the same time.
