Your New Role...
Warehouseチームリーダーとして、倉庫運営（入庫管理・ツアーリテール/赤坂・原宿店/E-com出荷業務や在庫管理）を管理し、チームを導きながら高い生産性と正確性を実現する役割であり、問題発見・解決、部門連携を通じて、チームパフォーマンスの安定運用と継続的な改善を推進し、模範となる責任感と規律意識をもって、チームメンバーの育成と安全な作業環境の構築を担います。

Your Role Accountabilities...

• 入出荷業務を含む日次オペレーション管理
• 正確な在庫管理（棚卸、サイクルカウント、在庫移動、破損品の管理）
• 需要に応じた商品管理とツアーリテール、赤坂・原宿店、E-comとの連携
• 入出荷、在庫精度の維持・向上
• 業務プロセスの改善提案・効率化の推進
• 安全衛生基準の順守および定期的な倉庫内安全巡回・改善対応
• チームメンバーの指導・教育・評価、スキルトレーニングの実施
• シフト管理（日・週・月単位）及びチーム状況の上長への共有
• 他部署との連携による業務調整

Qualifications & Experiences...

経験

• 倉庫/物流/小売オペレーションでの在庫管理・入出荷管理の実務経験
• 困難な状況での問題解決経験および業務改善の実行経験
• 他部署と連携しながら業務を推進した経験
• リーダーとしてチームの管理（シフト調整や日々のオペレーションの指揮など）経験あれば尚可

スキル

• チームマネジメント力：メンバーを育成し、パフォーマンスを引き出す能力
• 自発力・行動力：状況を判断し主体的に動き、意思決定する能力
• 問題発見・解決能力：課題を見つけ、改善策を立案・実行できる力
• 規律意識・模範行動：安全・正確な作業を徹底し、チームの手本となる姿勢
• 責任感：担当領域を最後までやり抜き、結果にコミットする姿勢

On December 5, Netflix and Warner Bros. Discovery announced they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Netflix will acquire Warner Bros., including its film and television studios, HBO Max and HBO. The transaction is expected to close after the separation of Warner Bros. Discovery's Global Networks division, Discovery Global, into a new publicly-traded company, which is expected to be completed in Q3 2026.
