Show Experience チームリーダーは、スタジオツアーの体験エリアを統括し、ビジターの体験の質・安全・チームの成長を支える現場の中核ポジションです。
日々変化する現場状況の中で判断を行い、クルー一人ひとりが最高のパフォーマンスを発揮できる環境をつくることが、この役割のミッションです。

Your Accountabilities...
■ 現場オペレーションの統括(時間帯責任者)
- 担当シフトにおける安全・運営品質・ビジター体験の最終責任
- 開場準備からクローズまでの現場統括(朝礼、配置、ブリーフィング、終礼 等)
- トラブル発生時の初動対応、優先順位判断、管理職への連携
- 待ち時間・動線・現場状況を把握し、必要に応じた即時改善
■ ビジター対応・インシデント対応
- クレーム、体調不良、迷子などの初動対応
- 事実確認と傾聴を重視した、安心感のある対応
- 関係部署と連携したスムーズな問題解決
■ チームマネジメント(People Management)
- 日々のパフォーマンス確認とタイムリーなフィードバック
- OJT・1on1を通じた育成、モチベーションマネジメント
- 心理的安全性の高い職場づくりと後継者育成
- 接遇・サービスレベル向上のための教育実施
■ 運営改善・連携
- デイリーログ等による引継ぎ・情報共有
- イベントや取材対応時の現場調整
- 他部署と連携しながら、運営手順や体験価値の改善を推進
Qualifications & Experiences...
必須
- 小売、サービス業でのチームリード・リーダー経験
- 高いコミュニケーション力と状況判断力
- 基本的なPCスキル(Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
歓迎
- 接客・ホスピタリティ・大規模集客施設でのマネジメント経験
- 英語でのコミュニケーション力
勤務形態
- 月間変形労働制(週平均37.5時間)
- シフト制(7:30~23:00の間)
- 土日祝・繁忙期勤務あり
- 立ち仕事、屋内外業務を含む現場勤務
Additional Information
On December 5, Netflix and Warner Bros. Discovery announced they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Netflix will acquire Warner Bros., including its film and television studios, HBO Max and HBO. The transaction is expected to close after the separation of Warner Bros. Discovery's Global Networks division, Discovery Global, into a new publicly-traded company, which is expected to be completed in Q3 2026. Although you will be hired by Warner Bros. Discovery, upon the planned spin-off of Discovery Global in 2026, your employment likely will transition to Warner Bros.
